We currently ship to any of the 50 US States. We will do our best to accommodate orders outside of the US but regret that

SHIPPING AND RETURNS:
Shipping Methods and Costs: If you select standard shipping for your order, in-stock items should be received within 3-5 business days. We also
offer Priority overnight that delivers by 12 p.m. the next business day, Standard overnight that delivers by 5 p.m. the next
business day, and 2nd day and 3rd day, which both deliver by 5 p.m. Order placed after 3 p.m. EST will be processed the next
morning.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your chosen
method of transportation, the weight and size of the product you order and your ship to address. Shipping values will be calculated
for you at check out.
Orders to Hawaii or Alaska are offered
Priority overnight or 2nd day shipping only.
Returns or Exchanges:
We understand that for whatever reason, sometimes things don't work
out. We are happy to replace your item, exchange it for another, or refund your purchase within 14 days of purchase. You must
notify bacati before attempting a return- unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in original
condition and must be unwashed, unused, original packaging, re-sellable and accompanied by the original invoice.
All purchases of sale items are final. No
returns or exchanges will be honored for sale items or CLEARANCE items
ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: If you would like to cancel your orders, once processed, there
will be a cancellation charge of 15% of the Invoice amount. Exception: Unless items are out of stock for a period of
4 weeks or more
CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-CANCELLABLE.
RETURN ADDRESS: please enquire
customer service for the return address by sending email to sales@bacati.com or by calling 281 565 0950. Please return merchandise through a delivery service that provides tracking information and also requires
a signature for verification of receipt. Please ensure that the package is insured and that shipping charges are prepaid.

will be a deduction of 15% of the invoiced amount for shipping and handing for shipping the goods to your location
