SHIPPING AND RETURNS:
Shipping Methods and Costs: If you select standard shipping for your order, in-stock items should be received within
3-5 business days. We also offer Priority overnight that delivers by 12 p.m. the next business day, Standard overnight that
delivers by 5 p.m. the next business day, and 2nd day and 3rd day, which both deliver by 5 p.m. Order placed after 3 p.m.
EST will be processed the next morning.
Shipping costs are calculated
based on your chosen method of transportation, the weight and size of the product you order and your ship to address. Shipping
values will be calculated for you at check out.
Orders to Hawaii or Alaska are offered
Priority overnight or 2nd day shipping only.
Returns or Exchanges: We understand that for whatever
reason, sometimes things don't work out. We are happy to replace your item, exchange it for another, or refund your purchase
within 14 days of purchase. You must notify bacati before attempting a return- unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Returned
merchandise must be in original condition and must be unwashed, unused and accompanied by the original invoice.
All purchases of sale items are final. No returns or exchanges will be honored for sale items
ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: If you would like to cancel your orders, once processed, there
will be a cancellation charge of 15% of the Invoice amount. Exception: we dont ship the items in 4 to 8 weeks or
items are discontinued.
CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-CANCELLABLE.
RETURN ADDRESS: please enquire customer service for the return address by sending
email to info@bacati.com or by calling 281.894.2999. Please return merchandise through a delivery service that provides tracking information and also requires
a signature for verification of receipt. Please ensure that the package is insured and that shipping charges are prepaid.
